Common problems with the VW T-Roc?

With regular servicing and maintenance the T-roc should be a reliable and enjoyable car to drive for many years. Here are some common problems to be aware of though.

Oil Leaks

Oil leaks can be a common problem in all vehicles from time to time, and can often be simple fix from a worn out hose or gasket seal. While a small leak may not have you rushing to the mechanic, it is important to have the cause identified and resolved as it could progress to bigger problems if not repaired. If you have noticed any leaks from your car, then best to book in and get your car checked over by the experienced RAA approved mechanics at Auto Studio.

Water Pump Failure

If you have noticed any slow coolant leaks, then it may be a sign that your water pump is beginning to fail. However, it is also possible for a sudden failure and may not give any warning signs. Other signs to look out for include noises or steam from the engine, check engine light or a sudden loss of fluid from the car. If you have any concerns, we suggest bringing it in for one of the Auto Studio Experts to take a look.
